He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at FUUAST Islamabad with over 18 years of teaching and research experience. His interests include quantum information and computation theory, quantum optics, and applied nanomaterials. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics at Quaid-i-Azam University. He has international academic experience as a Visiting Researcher and Teaching Assistant at Hunter College, CUNY. He currently supervises MPhil students, coordinates undergraduate final year projects, and served as the Departmental Coordinator (2022–2025). He actively participates in academic conferences and training programs.
