BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

MS Business Administration (Evening) 1 – 1/2 year (3 Semesters)

At least 60% marks from recognized institution or 2.50/4.00 CGPA in MBA / MPA/ M.Com/ BBA 4 Years /BS commerce (130-138 Credit Hours) B.com 4 years/ MSc (Accounting and finance, Economics and finance). GAT (General) with minimum 50% score.

BBA (Morning Only) - (4 years 8 Semesters)

Intermediate, A-Level or  equivalent with minimum 50% marks from recognized institution.

MBA (Morning/Evening) (MBA 3 – ½ Years 7 Semesters)

Bachelor or Equivalent (BA/B.sc/B.com/BCS) 14 years education with at least 50 % marks from recognized institution

MBA (Morning / Evening) (1 – 1/2 years 3 Semesters)

BBA 4 years or equivalent with at least 130-138 credit hours with minimum of 2.50/4.00 CGPA or B.Com 4 years/BS Commerce (130-138) credit hours with at least 50% marks. Recognized institution

MBA Executive (Evening) (2year 4 semesters)

Minimum 14 years of Education with least 50% marks. plus Minimum four years of post-qualification experience or two years of professional experience after 16 years of education

MBE (Evening) (2 years 4 Semesters)

Bachelor or Equivalent degree (14 year education) with at least 45 % marks from a recognized institute/University.

M.Com (Evening) (2 years 4 Semesters)

B.Com with at least 50 % marks from recognized institute.

Bachelor of Science (commerce/B.com) Morning /Evening (4years 8 Semesters), (2 years 4 Semesters)

HSSC or equivalent with at least 45% marks from recognized institution.

COMPUTER SCIENCE

BS Computer Science (Morning/Evening) 4 years (8 Semesters)

(Specialization: Software System /Communication and Networks). FSc (Pre-Engineering) with at least 50% marks or D.A.E (at least 60% marks) or ICS with at least 50% marks from recognized institution. Admission will be granted on the basis of merit.

M. Sc Computer Science (Morning/Evening) (2 years 4 Semesters)

B.A/B.Sc (with Maths) with at least 50% marks or BCS (2 years) with at least 50% marks, or 2.5/4.00 CGPA. Admission will be granted on the basis of merit.

MS Computer Science (Morning/Evening) (1-1/2 years, 3 semesters)

BS(CS) 4years degree program (minimum 130 credit hours ) minimum CGPA 2.5 out of 4.00 or MCS or MSC computer science with minimum 50% marks or 16 years Mathematical Science graduates are eligible but they have to cover deficiency. GAT (General) with minimum 50% score).

APPLIED PHYSICS

BS (Morning/Evening) (4 years 8 Semesters)

FSc or equivalent (with Physics and Maths) with 50% marks or D.A.E with 60% marks) from recognized institution.

M. Sc (Morning/Evening) (2 years 4 Semesters)

B.Sc or equivalent (with Physics and Maths) with at least 2^nd division from recognized institution/university.

M.Phil APPLIED PHYSICS (Morning/Evening) 2 years (4 semesters)

M.Sc (Physics) or equivalent with at least 2^nd division from HEC recognized institution/university. Department test and interview will also be conducted. GAT (General) with 50% score. Note: Government Employees applying for M.Phil program should produce NOC from the concerned department before joining the session.

ECONOMICS

M.Sc (Morning) (2 years 4 Semesters)

Bachelor degree with economics, B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/BBA with at least (45% marks) from recognized institution/university.

M.Phil (Morning) (2 years,4 Semesters)

M.Sc/M.A Economics with 1^st division or 3.00/4.00 CGPA from recognized institution/university. GAT (General) with minimum score of 50% HEC Scholarship holders are encouraged to apply for admission.

Ph.D Economics (Morning) (3 years 6 Semesters)

M.Phil Economics from HEC recognized institution/university with 3.00/4.00 CGPA GAT (Subject) with 60% score.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

B.Sc Electrical Engineering (Electronics) (4 years 8 semesters)

FSc or equivalent (Pre-Engineering with Physics, Chemistry and Maths) with at least 60% marks or D.A.E (Electrical/Electronics) with at least 70% marks and NTS-NAT.

MS Electrical Engineering (Evening) (1- 1/2 years 3 Semesters)

B.Sc. Electrical/Electronics/Telecom/Computer/Power Engineering in a PEC recognized program with minimum 2.50/4.00 CGPA. GAT (General) with at least 50% score.

URDU

M.A Urdu (2 years 4 Semesters)

B.A with Urdu as optional subject (preferably) with at least 45% marks   from HEC recognized institution/university.

M.Phil (Urdu) (2 years 4 Semesters)

Preferably 1st division in MA Urdu, although candidates with 2^nd Division are also eligible to apply GAT (General) with 50% score.

Ph.D  (Urdu) (3 years 6 Semesters)

M.phil Urdu or equivalent with 30 Cr. Hrs Course work with 1st Division or CGPA 3.00/4.00 form HEC recognized institution/university. GAT (Subject) with 60% marks.

 

 

Admission in MS/M.Phil leading to Ph.D as per following HEC criteria

• Sixteen years of schooling or 4 years education (130 credit hours) after HSSC/F.A/F.Sc Grade 12 equivalent will be required for admission in MS/M.Phil leading to Ph.D.
• GAT (General) result will be necessary at the time of admission.
• The minimum 50% accumulative score is required in GAT (General) for M.S/M.Phill
• In case of Gat (Subject) test minimum of 60% score is required to pass the test for P.hd
