Instruction for the Candidates

1. All entries in the form must be made in BLOCK LETTERS or be TYPED:
2. Strike out what is not applicable but DO NOT LEAVE ANY ENTRY UNFILLED
3. In case an entry is no applicable the words NOT APPLOCABLE should be clearly written.
   In all other columns appropriate replies, such as YES, NO, NIL, N.A etc. must be given;
4. Three (3) attested copies of each of the following documents should accompany
   the admission form.

• Secondary School Certificate
• Higher Secondary School Certificate and its Detailed Marks Certificate
• Equivalence certificate in case of “O” level and “A” level qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree and its Detailed Marks Certificate.
• No Objection Certificate (in case of In-service candidate).
• Candidate’s NIC
• NIC of Father/Guardian
• 3 Photograph of candidate.

Note:-

• Original of the above documents will have to be produced at the time of test/interview
  for admission.
• candidates finally selected for admission will be requeted to produce a Migration Certificate
  (in original) on joining the University.
• Candidate finally selected for admission well be required to submit Photo Copies of last origional marks sheet and affidavit on stamp paper to the effect that his/her certificates are genuine and in case these are found fake/bogus/tempered. The university will have the right to cancel his/her admission and initiate legal action.
• Candidates having obtained certificates/degr4ees from foreign Universities, Institutions
  should provide equivalence certificate(s) and conversion of grades into makes for
  degree(s) from higher education commission. Islamabad/Inter-Board Committee of
  Chairmen for SSC level certificates. In the absence of equivalence certificates.
  Foreign degree/certificates well not be accepted. Certificates/degree obtained from a
  local university / institution with GPA also require conversion of grades onto marks from
  the concerned university institutions HEC.
• Foreign students must route their applications through the ministry of education,
  Government of Pakistan
• In case of incorrect / misleading information or concealment of facts, the university will have
  the right to refuse/cancel the admission and expel the student from the university.
